Duties

You will establish and track all request for Facilities maintenance and repair work or services from initiation to closure. You will act as the work reception/coordination point of contact for Individual Job Orders work requests within the Facilities Department. You will ensure accuracy of customer identification code, facility number, job description, and job costing information while entering work requests into MAXIMO. You will determine if work order needs to be coordinated with other directorates/offices and route work request to appropriate office for review. You will act as customer service point of contact within the facilities department for inquiries regarding work request status. You will receive and process all work schedules submitted by the respective shops personnel to ensure compliance with the commerical activities contract.

Requirements

Qualifications

GS-7: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing, prioritizing, and tracking work request programs for facilities maintenance and repair work, purchasing material and services, and ensuring accuracy of completed work orders. GS-6: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with establishing, screening, and tracking work requests for facilities maintenance and repair work, purchasing material and services, and performing general database computer management programs and software.
