About the Position: Performs support duties/actions and actively participates in the day-to-day administration of the Operations Office. This is a Term APPT NTE 13 Months. Please refer to the "additional information" section for more information.
Duties
Input training into the Digital Training Management System.
Manage the Defense Travel System requirements.
Coordinate various operational tasking requirements.
Perform administrative duties such as compiling training reports and managing training calendar.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes entering travel authorizations and vouchers; inputting training into automated systems; drafting presentation and briefing packets; operating basic personal office systems such as Microsoft Office systems.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-5).
