Duties
As a Supervisory Energy Industry Analyst, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen or National.

Qualifications

You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 level. Specialized experience is defined as: experience in leading or supervising individuals or teams completing projects dealing with electric power policy issues, including performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and drafting orders or formal recommendations on such policy issues, on topics such as transmission planning, resource adequacy, emerging technologies, and distributed energy resources.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including any volunteer experience.
