You will serve as a Supply Technician at the Reserve Component Command (RCC) Great Lake's various Navy Operational Support Centers (NOSCs) in the Supply Department (N4) of NRC COLUMBUS.
Duties
You will prepare, review, submit, and executes procurement actions chargeable and non-chargeable for supplies, equipment, and services using authorized procurement methods.
You will coordinate with vendors on payments and services of reoccurring services to include printing, engraving, shipping, cable, telephone, multifunctional device services.
You will maintains security of assigned work areas by following general rules that apply to the security of supply department spaces.
You will coordinate with local vendor alteration services for eligible Drilling Reserve personnel.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience coordinating with command departments to create annual budget submissions, mid-year review, data calls, ensures Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliancy and maintaining memorandum accounting records and files.
Experience reviewing and maintaining all required Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISSA) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU).
Experience preparing, reviews, submitting, and executing procurement actions chargeable and non-chargeable for supplies, equipment, and services using authorized procurement methods.
Experience performing all Card Holder duties associated with the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) such as properly verifying receipt documentation against procurement actions, properly documenting shipping discrepancies and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Experience ordering and tracking supplies, monitoring inventory stock levels, disposing of surplus property and maintaining accurate records.
Experience researching acquisition sources and methods and resolving logistical problems.
Experience applying a practical knowledge of organization and regulations as they apply to logistics and inventory management policy and procedures
Experience utilizing basic computer applications, e.g., word processing, email, spreadsheets and basic data entry techniques.
