Duties

Use multiple automation and information management systems, hardware and software to include, but not limited to Microsoft and Adobe products. Create graphic and spreadsheet displays to depict various types of training management and reporting requirements. Identify proponency issues and works with the staff sections to resolve issues when ownership is difficult to define or crosses staff lines. Serve as the advisor to organization for conference planning and approval both at TRADOC and the Secretary of the Army level. Serve as the organizations G3 primary planner and action officer in support of ceremonies and special events

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY), approximately 10% of the time.
  • May require one year probationary period.
  • Employee is required to attend the Acculturation C3PO third week from Entrance on Duty at Fort Knox.

Develop internal procedures and guidelines to implement new or changed processing while performing various duties that require the application of different and unrelated methods, practices, and criteria, to include drafting directives for review ensuring internal processes and procedures are followed and directive is accurate and free of grammatical error and ready for publication after review. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). Education

Master's or equivalent graduate degree as related to the position. (Transcripts required)
