About the Position: This position is with the Deputy Chief of Staff, G1, Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA), North Central Regional Director's Office, Fort McCoy Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, Employee Development Division located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin.

Duties

Provide Human Resources Management technical and advisory services for employee development programs and projects. Evaluate short-term and long-term training needs of employees in the organization. Recommend and compose Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and directives to be implemented within the organization. Prepare written correspondence such as senior leader briefs, information papers, and analytical reports. Resource, administer, and evaluate a variety of employee development programs or projects. Mentor other Human Resource Specialists on successful program and project management, evaluative process, critical thinking, and analytical tools. Lead work groups and training sessions for the organization. Design and manage employee development or training programs.

This definition of specialized experience is typical work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualifications requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
