About the Position: Serves as the Plans and Operations Officer, G3 Plans Branch, and United States Army Human Resources Command (HRC). The office develops the command's collective strategy on areas that affect the planning environment and future roles of HRC.
Duties
Collaborates with concerned staff officials in the formulation of comprehensive and detailed military HR plans and approaches.
Provides authoritative advice and guidance for military personnel management and administrative support.
Conducts independent reviews and analyses of ongoing programs and new initiatives for the purpose of developing the military HR Strategic Plans.
Prepares reports, recommendations, analyses, and guidelines for Agency-wide compliance.
Supervises a group of employees (military, civilian and/or contract employees) engaged in military human resource functions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
- Incumbent may be required to occasionally perform Temporary Duty Travel (TDY).

Experience Required: To qualify based on your work experience, the resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepares you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Conducts planning, analysis, and participates in the development of enlisted and officer human resource programs, guidance, and policies. Prepares and conducts written and oral briefings and updates. Reviews and writes Warning, Operations, and Fragmentary Orders IAW established policies and guidance. Provides oversight of Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and assists in the consolidation, preparation, and response in ETMS2 on behalf of HRC G3 Plans.
