About the Position: This position is located on the island of Oahu, in the City & County of Honolulu. - Incentives may be authorized, subject to agency determination that an incentive offer is in the Government Interest. - Professional Engineer, Architect, or Geographer Registration/License is preferred, but not required upon entry. Incumbent may be subject to obtaining and maintaining a professional license as required by the agency.

Duties

As Chief of the Technical Integration Branch, manage a center of expertise for computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided design, drafting (CADD) and geographic information systems (GIS). Supply photogrammetry/mapping, computational data, and related services to the District. Maintain central support for Geographic Information System (GIS) data within the District.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent is required to prepare Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450.
  • The incumbent of this position may serve as a volunteer member of the Honolulu District Base Development Team (BDT).
  • Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY) travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • Supervisory Probation period may be required.
