About the Position: Serve as a senior project integration analyst for the incorporation of Army Talent Initiatives into the Army doctrinal base and program of record.
Duties
Analyze and identify potential for joint talent initiatives with other Services and allied nations and makes recommendations for new talent initiatives in coordination with the Innovation Division.
Provide advice and assistance to other team members in the synchronization and integration of Army Talent Initiatives within the People Enterprise.
Provide expert advice to members of the Team to include business practices, work environment, Army Talent Management Initiatives and Army Doctrine processes.
Provides expert advice, recommendations, and assistance to members of the Team as required.
Ensure standardization, integration, and quality assurance of Talent initiatives by reviewing products prior to leaving the team.

GS -13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes using evaluating program objectives using analytical techniques for work operation timeliness; measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of all projects across the organization; establishing collaborative relationships with internal/external organizations to integrate new management principles into the agency profession; identifying execution partners along with transitioning new management initiatives across the agency in a synchronized manner; making recommendations for corrective actions regarding new initiatives and work processes; and providing advice and assistance to members on business and work practices. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
