Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VIIband level or GS-15 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Experience providing strategic leadership and supervision to staff; Experience applying enforcement-related law and remedies, conducting investigations and providing legal representation in administrative proceedings; Experience in identifying, analyzing and evaluating, enforcement-related legal, legislative and regulatory issues to banking related cases; and Experience leading administrative or court litigation and developing litigation or administrative adjudication strategies. AND Must be an active member of the bar of a State, U.S. commonwealth, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Education

You must have graduated with a J.D. or an LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
