This position is with the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), within the Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP), located in Washington, D.C.
This position is at the full performance level.
This position is Inside the bargaining unit.
This is NOT a remote position. Selectee will be expected to report to the office listed above.

Duties
Reviews administrative program guidance, policies, and procedures from higher authorities to determine the effect on the assigned mission.
Serves as liaison between staff members, stakeholders, and other contacts.
Discusses and evaluates alternate approaches and solutions to problems and assists management in reaching decisions.
Recommends changes in administrative policies/procedures to obtain maximum effectiveness in the coordination and control of recurring reports.
Handles daily operational matters based on knowledge of the programs of the office possessing the ability to refer inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Candidate required to obtain the necessary security/investigation level.
- Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met.
Qualifications
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
To qualify for the GS-07: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-06. Qualifying specialized experience for the GS 07 includes: Utilizing office automation systems (i.e., Spreadsheets, word processing, databases) to prepare, respond to, and/or report on a variety of materials; preparing correspondence with grammatical accuracy for dissemination to internal and/or external customers; researching office files or historical data to assist in resolving administrative issues.
