This position is located at the United States Mint in Washington, DC in the Planning and Customer Support Division. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and evaluate the logistical actions required to support circulating coinage distribution.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: Specialized experience for the GS-13 grade level is defined as one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as: -Experience in the use of Order Management and Inventory Management modules of an Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system (Oracle preferred); AND -Experience maintaining databases containing customer information; AND -Experience monitoring shipment and production schedules to identify potential problems and initiating proactive measures to insure on time delivery; AND -Experience in the scheduling, expediting and resolving issues with shipments via common and armored carriers.
