As a Program Analyst, you will operate as a subject-matter technical specialist for Occupancy Agreements (OA) and work collaboratively and, support Pricing, Measures, Rent Billing Management (RBM), Spatial Data Management, Leasing and Asset Management Programs and Client Planning Programs.
Location of position: GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Planning Division, in Tacoma, WA.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-9 salary range starts at $63,526 per year.
The GS-11 salary range starts at $76,860 per year.
The GS-12 salary range starts at $92,123 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
GS-9
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience using analytical and evaluative techniques; utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis; and assisting in conducting research and assisting in gathering statistical data.
OR Possess a master's or equivalent level degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.B. or JD.
OR Have a combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
GS-11
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience using analytical and evaluative techniques; utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis; and conducting research and gathering statistical data.
OR Possess a PH.D or equivalent doctoral degree or have successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
OR Posses a combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together qualify me for this position.
GS-12
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing work which requires examining organizational processes and procedures using a variety of objective (qualitative/quantitative) tools and analysis, and recommending appropriate modifications to further program goals and objectives.
