You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will act as an independent advisor providing assessment and evaluation capability to management officials of N0931 and staff to facilitate the decision making processes.
You will perform program analyst duties in the coordination, development, and evaluation of Navy HSS plans and policy.
You will monitor and schedule milestone accomplishments and recommends solutions to problems based on analysis.
You will perform quarterly performance reviews, evaluations, and prepare briefs/data analysis and projected program trends.
You will develop automated or customized program and mission reports.
You will perform ADP access to unclassified and classified manpower databases.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as:
1) Having expert knowledge of Joint and Combined medical planning, developing, validating, and evaluating as it relates to contingency operations and operational plans;
3) Developing and providing briefings and reports on the status of programs and operations to senior leaders;
4) Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills;
5) Leading cross-functional teams to develop health service support plans and policy; and
6) Having skills in researching and analyzing information and data across a broad spectrum to provide feasible recommended actions.
