You will serve as a STRATEGIC OUTREACH COORDINATOR of NAVAL ACADEMY.
Duties
You will compile information and prepare reports on a administrative issues linked to recruitment and command strategic needs (e.g., statistical data, educational analysis).
You will use electronic reference sources to research questions regarding command operations and missions.
You will develop or improve customer products and services across an organization.
You will administer program funds to ensure execution in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develops strategic initiatives in order to increase awareness of the institution; 2 Tracks metrics that will support the successful execution, delivery, and improvement of influencer-focused programs and initiatives; 3) Participates in long range calendar and operational planning discussions to ensure the effective scheduling of influencer focused and diversity programs and initiatives; 4) Works in a higher-education environment to include engaging and benchmarking off of peer institutions; and 5) Using analytical techniques and evaluation criteria for the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness.
