You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CANDIDATE GUIDANCE OFFICER in the OFFICE OF ADMISSIONS COST CENTER of NAVAL ACADEMY.
Duties
You will plan, direct and assess workflow and assignments to support the Office of Admissions objectives.
You will conduct annual review of the entire admissions process, including screening, qualification, and selection processes.
You will conduct statistical analysis and prepares reports on admissions trends and market indicators for the Dean and the Deputy
Director of Admissions.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Performing post-secondary school admission tasks including recruitment through school visits, college fairs and other venues, candidate counseling, records preparation and review, and selections from selected states; 2) Planning events including maintaining budgets, coordinating venue selection, ensuring proper shipment of materials, etc; 3) Utilizing Admissions related software to manage student applicants, analyze and identify trends and maintain records; 4) Organizing, planning, prioritizing, scheduling and executing a specialized field recruiting program.
