Incumbent serves as the Customer Service Representative and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) support specialist for the Facilities Management Division (AFM) and reports directly to Assistant Department Head – AFM Facility Services. AFM consists of approximately 133 full time equivalent federal employees, ranging in grade from WG-3 to GS-15 and consists of over 20 diverse positions.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-301-9. For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience equivalent in responsibility to the GS-7 level in the federal service, with a successful track record of accurately establishing and activating Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Tasks in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for an organization or major institution.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of personal computers and commercial software associated with the responsibilities of the position: word processing, spreadsheets and data base management, including creation of automated forms on MS Office Suite.
Knowledge and understanding of the Gallery’s CMMS System.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; skill in research and fact finding, and the ability to analyze and problem solve.
