This position is part of the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Energy in the Office of Management and Administration.. As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist, you will be serves as the Director of the Information Technology Division and serves as the OIG's liaison with the DOE Chief Information Officer (CIO), working in coordination with OIG leadership to oversee the governance and management of the OIG's federal IT and cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Providing subject matter expertise and oversight in highly technical program areas related to information technology management and cyber security.
Supervising, developing, directing, and administering policies as they relate to information technology management.
Finding and implementing ways to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to production, promote team building, or improve business practices.
