About the Position: Serve as a Program Analyst with the responsibility of monitoring, analyzing, assessing and evaluating a broad spectrum of construction programs, to include military construction, unspecified minor military construction, O&M-funded construction and non-appropriated fund construction, located in Arlington, VA.
Duties
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, assessing and evaluating a broad spectrum of construction programs.
Develop enterprise-wide strategy and policy for these programs for all Army components.
Exercise sound judgment in formulating, evaluating and correlating analysis of unique problems and developing innovative solutions to Army construction program issues and challenges.
Assist in yearly Program Objective Memoranda (POM) and Budget builds.
Serve on panels and committees pertaining to the Army’s construction programs.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes directing strategic and technical analysis of military construction programs as the basis for decision-making; assisting leadership in the integration of construction requirements across Program Evaluation Groups (PEGs) and components; coordinating with stakeholders to develop the annual Non-appropriated Fund construction program; and preparing written documentation, such as: information papers, briefings, and budget books. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
