Duties

Manages a large restaurant and catering business. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community and military representatives. Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment. Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurements of all supplies and equipment for the facility.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Work experience managing or directing a business of the following nature: Restaurant, Conference Center or Business that includes Food and Beverage Services. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.
