You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will provide final decision-making authority for the full range of personnel actions and organization design improvements recommended by supervisors of the subordinate organizations.
You will integrate the work of national or international based programs that have conflicting, incompatible, or undefiled priorities, requiring that major compromise4s project goals, techniques, and methodologies be aggreged upon.
You will analyze industry problems, trends, and issues, and recommended or made final decisions on the formulation and implementation of Marine Corps-wide policies.
You will produce written products in the specialization or subject matter area of the position.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Planning, developing and implementing service level policies and actions associated with the required global communications networks, information technology, command and control (C2) capabilities, cyber security, communications systems, electromagnetic spectrum, and congressionally mandated; 2. Initiating and overseeing the development of policy and implementation of strategies, programs, and processes to pursue and achieve the Branches mission and objectives; 3. Delegating authorities to make commitments for the Director IC4 on joint and consolidate program strategies and plans related to information technology, management, and resources; 4. Leading and coordinating with and between executive and senior management of Marine Corps organizations, with the DON, other Service IC4 organizations, the Joint Staff, and DOD agencies, as well as industry contacts, federal and/or state representatives, and other key individuals and organizations.
