You will provide comprehensive human resources management services to assigned organizations in the areas of recruitment and staffing, pay, leave, classification, and position management.  As such, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of human resources services including management consulting; advisory functions; accountability and audits; coaching, and team building.

Qualifications

To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include: Experience providing staffing AND classification services for an organization that contains a variety of different types of positions. Experience rendering authoritative staffing policy interpretation on issues that affect departmental and/or agency-level programs. Experience providing advisory and consultation services to HR staff related to audit readiness and sustainment.
