Duties

As a Supervisory Program Specialist you will: Provide leadership, management, and administrative oversight to call center employees. Provide program oversight with financial management, quality assurance and analysis. Formulate and execute action plans to respond to business and management problems or initiatives. Provide organizational support for program planning and analysis activities. Evaluate the impact of new program policies, and provide support during implementation. Determine the effectiveness of setting organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

Qualifications

You qualify at the GS-11 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements: A. You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: providing guidance or mentorship to junior level staff in a customer service-oriented work environment such as a call center; prioritizing multiple work assignments to achieve efficient and manageable workflow; identifying inefficiencies in work processes and recommending solutions; and facilitating communications with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts. OR B. Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M., if related. OR C. A combination of education and specialized experience that meets the qualification requirements for this position.
