You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (OA) in the Family Housing Branch of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.

Duties

You will gather, correlate and present facts orally or in writing in a clear, concise, and informative manner. You will advocate organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and deliver excellent customer service assistance. You will serve as the primary customer service contact. You will greet customers in person or on telephone and provide customer service. You will oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, responding to requests by staff members, tracking requisitions to ensure timely completion and product safeguarding. You will be responsible for scheduling Move-in, Move-out, Pre-Termination, Make-Ready, Life/Health/Safety and any required Follow-up Inspections.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing selected assignments in standard housing management functions in accordance with basic procedures and instructions, (i.e. housing referrals, processing occupant requests for routine maintenance, and preparing reports). Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.

OR

Have a combination of specialized experience and education that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal to one hundred percent.
