This position is located in the Resolution and Receivership Policy Section (RRPS), Legal Division. The position provides administrative support to the Assistant General Counsel, RRPS, and to the managers and employees in the four Units within RRPS.

Duties
Provides technical and program support and assistance in collecting, organizing, and reviewing information for the production of various documents and reports.
Serves as Section point of contact for copier supplies and repairs; timekeeping; mail distribution; filing (hard copy and electronic); procurement of supplies; and travel arrangements.
Performs routine research on select topics/issues in support of programs, as directed by the supervisor or other professional staff.
Serves as a liaison to staff in coordinating program policy and plan development. Provides feedback on the effectiveness of existing program policies and procedures within the Branch or as applicable, Sections or Units.
Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must have completed at lease one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-07 grade level or above in the Federal service
Specialized experience is performing administrative duties that includes: 1) researching data to produce correspondence, charts, reports, and other documents; 2) utilizing a variety of office automation software; reviewing documents for accurate grammar, punctuation, formatting and spelling; and 3) utilizing electronic databases; and organizing and maintaining records in an electronic format.
