Qualifications
You must be enrolled in an academic program directly related to the position.
In addition to the eligibility requirements for the Pathways Internship Program, Pathways Interns qualify for an initial appointment based on their educational achievements as described below:
To qualify for the GS-07 level, you need to have completed one full academic year of law school (leading towards a J.D., L.L.B or L.L.M. degree). One full academic year of law school education is the number of credit hours determined by the law school representing 1 year of full-time study.
The student’s law school must be accredited by an accrediting body or organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
