You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Expeditionary Warfare Division of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
This announcement uses the Certain Personnel of the DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Duties
You will serve as the focal point for establishing, maintaining, and improving internal and external OPNAV N95 Manpower determination processes and practices.
You will develop all pertinent naval expeditionary manpower requirements documents and programs.
You will serve as advisor to the Director, Expeditionary Warfare (N95), and Expeditionary Manpower and Training Branch Head for all matters pertaining to expeditionary warfighting manpower requirements and capabilities.
You will provide in-depth analysis, programmatic advice, and training.
You will develop platform specific manpower assessments and analyze the Strategic Laydown and Dispersal (SLD) and Required Operational Capabilities/Projected Operational Environment (ROC/POE) documents.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector establishing, maintaining, and improving internal and external processes and practices in support of manpower requirements. Examples of specialized experience include; 1) Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of program, planning, budgeting, and executing processes at the strategic level; 2) Utilizing resources in terms of manpower, budgeting or requirements; 3) Using related software to produce manpower assessment and data reports; 4) Applying complex, fact-finding, analytical, and problem solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated programs; 5) Drawing conclusions and recommending appropriate action or solutions to improve mission efficiency and effectiveness.
