You will serve as an Environmental Protection Assistant in the Installation and Logistics Department of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA.
Duties
You will assist in the development, coordination, preparation, and management of environmental plans, reports, and correspondence.
You will obtain data concerning workload, funding needs, manpower requirements, justification material/supplies, travel and training.
You will establish controls to monitor expenses during the year and recommends adjustments to deal with changing situations such as varying costs for office supplies/equipment, parts, services and/or changes in availability of funds.
You will review financial statements and status of funds to assure that reporting activities operations are performed within limitations.
You will receive incoming mail and collect background data to route to appropriate action officer.
You will analyze data requirements to support required reports and data collection from existing reports and by special data calls.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Collecting, tracking, and summarizing of data relative to environmental programs and projects, preparing budget reports AND performing general office support functions.
