This position is in the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Infrastructure, Office of Stewardship, Oversight, and Program Management. Serves as an analyst providing leadership and expert analysis guidance to FHWA Headquarters and division offices, State and local agencies, relating to the identification, design, implementation and re-engineering of policies and procedures pertaining to the administration of programs and projects implemented under FHWA Federal-aid highway programs.

Qualifications

For the GS-13:
On Experience, you must have at least one year of experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which included:
Experience managing, analyzing, and providing data using various software and visual aids for federal-aid programs and projects for process mapping; AND
Experience interpreting and applying highway transportation, stewardship and oversight, and risk management policies for program evaluation; AND
Experience evaluating business processes and providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation.
You cannot use education to qualify at this grade, you must have experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
