You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the CONTROL DIVISION, AVIATION SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.

Duties

You will function independently as a Program Manager for specific aviation weapons systems and related materials. You will stay abreast of all planned and special program changes and schedules in order to interpret the impact on the material support mission. You will expedite all requisitions and material shortage requirements for Aviation Depot Level Repairables and awaiting parts material. You will initiate appropriate actions to expedite delivery of assets and/or to resolve discrepancies impacting the validity of requisitions. You will advise end users on supply procedures and policies and explain the interface between the supply system and the end user. You will maintain liaison with industrial activities.

Qualifications

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing, coordinating and initiating replenishment actions for specific supply support programs by using Supply Systems software (i.g. One Touch Support, DOD-Emall and Web-Vlips, etc.) to ensure materials are available for weapons systems maintenance projects. GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing support services in the management of a stock availability to support fleet units. Education

In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

One full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled;

OR

A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
