The Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) is the DNI's Intelligence Community (IC) lead for cyber intelligence issues. CTIIC is responsible for integrating IC collection and analysis on cyber intelligence issues, and for coordinating and supporting the IC in providing accurate, timely, comprehensive support to national policy and decision makers.

Duties

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) is the DNIs Intelligence Community (IC) lead for cyber intelligence issues. CTIIC is responsible for integrating IC collection and analysis on cyber intelligence issues, and for coordinating and supporting the IC in providing accurate, timely, comprehensive support to national policy and decision makers. Perform a comprehensive range of direct executive-level support for the CTIIC Director, a Senior Executive, assisting the Director by addressing a variety of complex office support functions. Support the CTIIC Director by monitoring incoming memoranda, reports, and requests for information or comment; prioritizing urgent items; and researching items of particular interest. Draft and/or edit outgoing correspondence, speeches, and briefs on behalf of the CTIIC Director. Review written material for proper formatting, grammar, and punctuation; proper coordination; and substantive content prior to PDDNI signature or approval. Ensure timely, professional internal and external response coordination and execution of all internal and external taskings prior to CTIIC Director signature or approval. Rank and prioritize competing requirements for additional capabilities through a transparent and accountable methodology. With the special assistant, organize the CTIIC Directors schedule, ensure read-ahead material is prepared/provided for meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences; and support the coordination and logistics of any travel needs. Initiate and closely manage the coordination and collaboration of all issues to facilitate CTIIC Director's decisions or recommendations on major or sensitive topics. Research topics and collect material for meetings, speeches, and conferences; keep records of proceedings as required. Develop and execute CTIIC-wide operational procedures, business practices, and communicate to all personnel. Analyze, evaluate and organize material received for appropriate referral; compose, coordinate and consolidate recurring reports; review written product for compliance with Agency procedures. Establish controls and oversight to monitor internal and external taskings, including but not limited to talking points, briefings, and memoranda. Brief, liaison with, and coordinate requirements or actions with counterparts at other IC agencies, the National and Homeland Security Councils, White House staff offices, Commands, and other USG organizations.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements: Extensive knowledge of the ODNI structure, policies, and procedures as well as the IC structure and member's roles and capabilities. Extensive organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities and work requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Extensive strong customer service skills and the ability to work with all staff levels both internal and external within the IC, other government agencies, private industry, and academia. Extensive interpersonal and team building skills to foster a collaborative work environment and to coordinate, network, and build consensus across the IC. Extensive communication skills (oral and written) to clearly present findings and recommendations. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think identify needs, requirements, and develop recommendations.
