As a Human Resources Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority on the implementation and operation of HR Links, eOPF and other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) automation tools.Location of position: General Services Administration, Office of Human Resources Management, Kansas City, MOWe are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-09 salary range starts at $57,941 per year.
The GS-11 salary range starts at $70,103 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
GS-09 Grade Level
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience applying the rules, regulations and procedures for processing personnel and payroll actions using automated personnel systems and their interfaces, to include reviewing personnel action history, error messages, system requirements and capabilities. OR Education: Possess a master's or equivalent level degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.B. or JD. OR Combination of Education & Specialized Experience: A combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
GS-11 Grade Level
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing guidance, training, and assistance on the interpretation and application of rules, regulations and procedures for processing personnel and payroll actions, including the use of automated personnel systems and their interfaces. Experience must also include a working proficiency of other personnel functional specialties in staffing and position classification. OR Education: Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR Combination of Education & Specialized Experience: A combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
