Duties
You will serve as the Enterprise Demand and Cyber Reporting Manager for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) and Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE).
You will evaluate and develop directives/policies that implement high-level policy changes that affect significant agency information technology strategic plans, programs or project.
You will represent the IC4 Division and USMC on various working groups and panels.
You will work collaboratively with other service policy managers (DOD, DON) to discuss, define and document statements on issues of joint concern.
You will identify and analyze Pattern of Business Activities (PBAs) to understand the levels of demand that will be placed on a service.
You will ensure services are designed to meet the PBAs and achieved mission outcome; and define and analyze user profiles to understand the typical profiles of demand for services from different types of user.
You will draft and staff policy directives to appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and affected functional components throughout HQMC and the field.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 752 Intermediate level within 12 months of appointment.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to GS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying advanced IT principles and practices to lead the discussion, refinement, documentation, dissemination, and interpretation of enterprise-level policy and procedural guidelines governing the planning and delivery of IT infrastructure assets and services; define/ refine, execute, and evaluate comprehensive strategic plans for various programs; and, creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
