The position will reside within the Air Traffic Safety Operations Oversight Division, Western Area Operations Branch, AOV-210.
Duties
Serves as a Management and Program Assistant, providing a broad range of administrative support. Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments in support of a professional, technical, or specialized occupation under the limited direction of a manager. Performs administrative duties, to assists managers and other employees in day-to-day operations, including assisting with the analysis, budget/financial tracking, travel arrangements, time and attendance administration, labor distribution reporting, purchasing, correspondence control/filing, maintaining calendars, providing procurement support, maintaining property records, telephone support and providing overall office management support.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience includes: Experience compiling, tracking and analyzing data.
