Duties
Performs "Hands-on" supervision of the restaurant.
Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House.
Ensures staff is following established recipes and procedures.
Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter's guest checks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Medical examination is required.
- Must be willing to accept varying and/or rotating shifts to include early morning, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Completion of or ability to obtain a food handler's certificate before the day of appointment.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Successful completion of either Front of the House or Back of the House Franchisor specified training.
- Satisfactorily completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a Tier 1 background investigation with childcare checks (CNACI).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. At least one year of experience effectively working in a fast paced, stressful environment at a large Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant establishment.
2. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
