You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Operations and Business Process Branch of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.

Duties

You will serve as a Senior Sales and Distribution Module Associate as part of the Finance Team within the Operations and Business Process Branch (OBPB) in the NAVSEA ERP Business Office (NEBO). You will serve as the liaison for the NAVSEA Enterprise and financial point of contact to the Navy ERP Program Office organizations. You will be the NAVSEA Enterprise's Navy ERP system expert for sales and distribution and is responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution. You will be responsible for interpreting financial policies and procedures and making business process recommendations for effective operations within the Navy ERP as well as with external interfaces.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the assessment of financial system (i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)) functionality to develop and implement financial or business operation processes and guidance to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
