You will serve as a EDUCATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST of NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will review data in an automated tuition system to verify accuracy
You will use Microsoft Excel to gather, analyze, and report organizational or project data
You will gather, interpret, analyze, and correlate narrative and statistical information for a department
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following; 1) Using office automation software to prepare a wide variety of documents; 2) Overseeing all education support agreements with partners in accordance with DOD guidelines; 3) Maintaining a tracking system for support agreements to record current processes and agreement status; and 4) Monitor all degrees and certificate program applicants for agreement status

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
