Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As an Intelligence Operations Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Immediate Office of the Secretary to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Independently researches, analyzes, evaluates, interprets, and integrates all source SCRM data and other sources of classified and unclassified data, plans, or products pertaining to critical HHS supply chains in order to contribute to or independently produce oral and/or written briefing products for HHS policymakers.
Represents the agency on committees, working groups, conferences, and meetings.
Represents ONS through liaison activity with other government entities and ensure that HHS remains aware of all global strategic supply chain information and intelligence impacting the Department as a subject matter expert.
Provides advanced expertise in vendor/supplier threat analysis and evaluation, conducting supply chain risk assessments (SCRAs) for the Department identifying threats, designing mitigation measures, and continuously monitoring HHS supply chain vulnerabilities.
Independently coordinates, monitors, analyzes, and integrates global strategic supply chain trends, patterns, and associated risks for the HHS Secretary, Deputy Secretary, ONS leadership, and key OP/STAFFDiv personnel. Instrumental in disseminating strategic intelligence more efficiently, timely, and effectively throughout HHS.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing at least three (3) of the following:
1) Researching, analyzing, evaluating, interpreting, and integrating all-source global supply chain risk management data, trends, and patterns through the use of unclassified and classified information.
2) Establishing, fostering, and maintaining effective working relationships internally and externally across the U.S. Government supply chain risk management communities.
3) Communicating to multiple levels of agency leadership through effective oral presentations and written briefings, reports, supply chain risk assessments, and products.
4) Applying the principles, methods, and tools used for supply chain risk assessments and mitigation solutions.
