This position is located in the Office of the Director, Peace Corps Headquarters, Washington DC. The incumbent works as a part of the senior leadership team within the Director's Office to provide strategic direction, guidance and enterprise-wise coordination for the global Intercultural Competence, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (ICDEIA) efforts.

This vacancy is being announced at one grade level: FP-01 Qualifying experience for the FP-01 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the FP-02 or GS-14 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience leading global Intercultural Competence, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (ICDEIA) efforts for the agency and providing strategic direction, guidance, and enterprise-wide coordination to the ICDEIA program; Experience developing and implementing the ICDEIA strategy, program elements and deliverables, and monitoring programs that promote diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility within the Agency; Experience providing oversight and leadership to the day-to-day operations, including quality and timeliness of activities, and ensuring compliance with mandates and policies.
