This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans.
Duties
In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
Helps plan and conduct tournaments and special events.
Provides information about facility, golf courses, machinery and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

- Must be willing and able to work irregular hours to include Federal holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Qualifications
.Qualification Requirements:
Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Are those candidates that possess both the minimum qualifications above and:
- Posses good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience which provides knowledge on a Golf, Club, Restaurant, and Retail Operation
- Prior work experience that provides a general familiarity with the routines and procedures followed in a group activity or program.
