This is not a bargaining unit position. This is not a (drug) testing designated position (TDP).
This position is with the Small Business Administration, Office of International Trade in Washington D.C. Serves as a subject matter expert and key advisor in providing strategic planning and execution of trade policy that supports the ability and effectiveness of U.S. small business to compete in international markets. Also supervises staff 20% of one's time.

Qualifications
GS-14
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector that includes:
1) Providing leadership, guidance, and assistance to executives, managers and employees regarding international trade policies to achieve national or international level results; AND
2) Conducting outreach to and assisting businesses in international trade matters; AND
3) Developing positions and providing input into trade negotiations and policies to benefit businesses.
