Duties
You will provide the leadership, management, and execution of the technical refresh of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the delivery of Navy ERP.
You will lead and manage the orderly program transition from current state (Navy ERP) to future state (Navy ERP+).
You will support and oversee the management all acquisition life cycle phases of assigned programs/projects to include definition, development, design,
integration, test and evaluation, production, installation, training, and deployment.
You will plan, direct, and evaluate acquisition management, technical development, and financial control for the entire life cycle of Navy business integration.
You will lead Human Capital Management efforts to builds and manage the program workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs.
Requirements

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

- The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions.
- Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 1), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 15 at $183,500 (Adjusted Pay)
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing the management all acquisition life cycle phases of assigned programs/projects to include definition, development, design, integration, test and evaluation, production, installation, training, and deployment.
