About the Position: Position serves as a case manager for the Headquarters Department of the Army Family Incident Presentation Program providing policy and procedural guidance to all Army MACOMS units. Position is in Human Resources Command (HRC), The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Duties
Assist Colonel (O6) briefers, CAOs, and Family members with issues regarding delayed reports and due outs from Presentations.
Ensure all case info is updated in DCIPS including journal entries and attachments.
Assist the O6 briefer in preparing and rehearsing the presentation.
Receive, reviews, and validates all reports (After-Action Reports (AAR), and Trip Reports)
Requirements

Experience Required:
To qualify based on your work experience, the resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience receiving, reviewing, and validating reports. Experience conducting queries to validate case information and recording them in automated databases. Experience assisting both senior leaders and Family members with issues regarding information delays and follow-up questions/due outs. Experience coordinating time/date/location of presentations as well as assisting with all support documentation associated with the presentation.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-09).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience to qualify. For this position at the GS-11 grade Level you must possess:
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
