You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the National Security Integration Office (NSIO) on the staff of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Intelligence & Security).
Duties
You will prepare decision memoranda, executive level briefs, white papers, and financial performance reviews and forecasts.
You will oversee NSIO program planning, expansion, operational support, acquisitions, contracts, research, development, production, finance, security, training, and logistics coordination.
You will lead working groups composed of key stakeholders taking into account the missions, mindset, and priorities, of the participants and balancing this against Directorate and DON requirements.
You will direct subordinates in the establishment of goals and objectives, work planning, organization, personnel management, and prioritization of all assignments.
You will develop and implement procedures and methodologies for evaluating Directorate plans and programs.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with DON organizational requirements to meet deadlines and mission objectives, strategic planning, expansion, and operational support. Formulate objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization in a global environment.
Experience and knowledge of DON organizational structure, management assessment, and analytic skills to be utilized in the areas of program and business management to effectively organize the operations of the Navy and Marine Corps
