You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group/Program & Business Analysis Department/Product Support Analysis Division/SW & Mission Integration Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will run and work on various DTS (Defense Travel System) reports (e.g., daily, weekly, and monthly).
You will provide day-to-day execution and management of the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program.
You will reviews monthly management reports, including reviews of all cardholder GTCC transactions, and verification of cardholders’ contact information. Monitor and reports cardholder delinquency and misuse
You will monitor and help prepare cost estimates for resources.
You will prepare and submit funding requirements for annual, monthly spend plans for the unit.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03=GS 9/10) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following1)developing obligation and expense targets (budget requirements) Spend Plans; 2) Assigning, maintaining, and updating audit roles and permission levels IAW the Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrix; 3) submitting funding requirements for annual, monthly spend plans;4) responsibility for the administration of the DTS program; 5) Providing day-to-day execution and management of the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program ie. managing and monitoring accounts, reporting cardholder delinquency and misuse.
