Duties

You will work independently on multidimensional complex activities to accomplish organizational goals and objectives with impact both internal and external to the Command. You will coordinate, plan, facilitate, and represent the customer at Command-level executive meetings, councils, events, etc. as needed. You will work directly with the customer(s) and their staff to assist in the execution of support activities to include transitioning into new systems, programs, projects, and processes. You will assist hiring managers with duties related to recruit and non-recruit actions, such as consolidation of hiring packages, scheduling interviews, signature routing and updating authoritative tracker. You will identify resources and training requirements to accomplish improvements for administrative functions to include calendar management, meeting support, correspondence, timekeeping, check-in/check-out, travel, minor property, etc.

Requirements

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS=12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a staff analyst/advisor developing or improving processes and integrating administrative and management services within the organization. Qualifying experience may include responding to data calls; strategic planning in regard to workforce management; recommending changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures. .
