You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the BUSINESS/RESOURCE FINANCIAL MANAGER (12000) COMPETENCY of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.
Duties
You will work with customers to develop Task Assignment Agreements (TAAs), aligning each Competency employee to direct work assignments.
You will provide leadership in the areas of policy, best practices, process standardization, common tools, community management, and Competency development.
You will diagnose performance situations and use appropriate leadership interventions to guide, coach, counsel and reward employees.
You will ensure employees have the necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs), training, work processes, and tools to deliver the required products and professional services needed by the competency customers.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting or leading others in the understanding and application of Financial Management processes and techniques. Qualifying experience may include identifying resources required to support program operations; providing an interpretation of the laws, regulations, and various directives pertaining to appropriations and funds usage; applying financial policy to all levels of work.
