About the Position: Serves as a case analyst within the Army Review Boards Agency, Army Clemency and Parole Board, with duties relating to the corrections, custody and/or parole of Army prisoners, Arlington, VA.

Duties

Interpreting military, federal, and state correctional regulations and procedures. Applying proper procedures in regard to the Clemency and Parole Board process. Knowledge in conducting parole hearings. Preparing briefings to senior military and civilian personnel. Evaluating cases to develop summaries of the facts for leadership. Evaluating each case individually to determine its merit.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
