Duties

Formulates and implements marketing policy and procedure for MWR programs. Recommends priorities, develops plans and directs the execution of marketing research, analysis and assessment. Develops log and short-range marketing operation plans. Evaluates effectiveness through attainment of goals and analysis of business trends and marketing share. Develops sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets. Identifies and analyzes customer needs and satisfaction. Assists program managers develop internal customer service training programs. Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers market and promote their programs. This includes advertising, event marketing, sales campaigns, sales promotions, radio and television production graphic art design and development of MWR publications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principles. OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principles. (If qualifying based on education then you MUST upload your college transcripts). Best Qualified Criteria: 1. Possess demonstrated successful results of a marketing campaign AND 2. Posses demonstrated working experience using social media AND 3.
