This position is located in the Office of Communications under the Office of the Chairman and President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). OCMM is responsible for stewarding EXIM's brand and reputation through effective communications and public affairs programs and strategy. The department manages earned media opportunities and relationships with reporters, coordinates external engagements with EXIM's stakeholders, leads digital strategy for the agency, crafts owned content across EXIM's business units, and advises EXIM's senior leadership.
This position is located in the Digital Content/Marketing group under the Public Affairs Division and will report directly to the Vice President (VP) of Public Affairs. This position serves as a Creative Director and is responsible for managing, developing and overseeing the content of EXIM's external official presences (web and social media).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement the bank's creative strategy, aligning it with overall marketing and communication objectives.
Oversee the development of creative concepts, designs, and copy for various marketing and communication materials, including digital and print media, campaigns, and events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and business units, to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including advertising, website, social media, and collateral materials.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors, as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the creative process.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work):
GS-13: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal Government or other equivalent pay systems. Specialized experience includes:
Experience developing and communicating a compelling creative vision aligned with a Bank/other agency's strategic objective;
Experience with translating business goals into creative concepts that effectively communicate an organization message;
Experience managing the daily operations of the agency's website and utilizing multiple social media platforms, utilizing multiple social media platforms to develop modern and engaging multimedia content promotes public awareness of the organization's mission; AND
Experience with digital photography, editing software, and emerging audiovisual technology, staying with in the guideline and compliance of EXIM and OCMM policies regarding image standards and submissions.
Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-13 grade level.
